By accessing and using Meeting Copilot, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Meeting Copilot provides AI-powered real-time assistance during meetings, including:

  • Live transcription and AI-generated suggestions
  • Post-meeting summaries and action items
  • Document processing and context management
  • Meeting history and search

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Obtain consent from all meeting participants before recording
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding call recording
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share your account with others

4. Recording Consent

Important: You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from all meeting participants before recording. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. Some areas require:

  • One-party consent (only you need to consent)
  • All-party consent (everyone must consent)
  • Explicit notification requirements

Meeting Copilot provides tools to help you comply (visible recording indicators), but you are responsible for legal compliance.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Pay all fees when due
  • Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Pay overage charges if you exceed plan limits

You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
  • Share or resell access to the service
  • Use the service to harass or harm others
  • Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your meeting content and data. Meeting Copilot retains ownership of the software, algorithms, and service infrastructure. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Meeting Copilot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
